24 Feb Creamy filling with cheese flavour
Our challenger is looking for an expert who can develop a creamy filling (fat based) with cheese flavour.
The filling should transmit less than 2% moisture to the product and the shelf life should be 4 month (ideal 6).
Storage of the final products should be possible at room temperature.
