The challenger is seeking a consultant who would help to develop a new range of Dairy Desserts based on heat treated Acid Whey (0,4 to 0,45% Protein) for east European market.
They would like to launch a products range to be sold and distributed cold competing with other dairy desserts in supermarkets.

Main tasks to be carried out by the consultant are:

• Recipe development
• Advisory on equipment and processing instructions (production line setting)
• Leading pilot trials
