The challenger is looking for an expert to get some insights from the molecular gastronomy.

It would be a casual conversation about some molecular gastronomy techniques, trends, how it came about, etc.

The expert would not have to prepare.

Ideally the call should happen during the weeks of Jan 19th / 26th at a time that’s convenient to all participants.
