26 May Spraydried flavours for beverages
The challenger has long experience with liquid flavourings mainly within sweet flavours and dairy flavours, although they have limited experience with spray dried flavourings. It is needed an expert who will develop a competitive range of powder flavours for low pH to neutral pH beverages, mainly for Eastern Europe and Middle East. The challenger has the knowledge about the composition of the liquid flavouring part (the key), but has almost no knowledge about the carrier for the flavouring keys, the powder formulations, spray drying equipment and process. More specifically, help is needed to help to develop two spraydried flavourings: vanilla and strawberry.
