A client based in Central America was looking for a formulator to assist in reducing the sugar content of an existing fruit based beverage due to regulatory changes in the country of their target market. We found an expert from the allfoodexperts community that had the right skills and values to partner with our client. They are now collaborating to create a world class product that is low in sugar and tastes great with potential for replication into new markets.
